Welcome to Devastu. Our commitment to maintaining the integrity of our religious products is unwavering. Given the sacred nature of our offerings, we have outlined a specific returns and refund policy to address any concerns that may arise with your purchase.
All purchases made through the Devastu website are considered final. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may occur. As such, returns will be accepted within 7 days of the daye of delivery under the following conditions:
Before making any request for replacement or return kindly note that we shall process the request for replacement or return only under following circumstances:
- If the supplied product has a manufacturing defect.
- The product supplied is different from the product ordered.
- The product supplied must not have been used or worn out.
- The customer must return it in the same original packing in which it was received. Needless to mention that the original packing must not have been broken or soiled.
- The customer must supply the proof of purchase or receipt of the product.
Nevertheless, the customers shall not be eligible for return or replacement/exchange under following circumstances:
- Items that are specified as “non-refundable” will not be returned/refunded at any cost.
- The product must be non-consumable in nature, i.e., any item which is consumable in nature such as but not limited to incense sticks, dhoop, turmeric etc. can neither be replaced nor returned/exchanged under any circumstance.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Return and Refund will be applicable only if the request is raised within 7 days of delivery of the product.
- At the time of making a request for refund, the customer shall share a receipt or proof of purchase along with the image of the product (in case of broken or different product received).
- Only the amount equivalent to the value of the product returned shall be refunded and not the entire value of the purchase.
- Once you request to return a product, a return pick up is organized for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 3-5 business days after your return request has been received. After receiving the products back, they will go under Quality Check, once approved your refund will be initiated.
- The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for refund.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall notify the customer through email that we have received your returned item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund through email.
- In case of Prepaid Orders, once the refund is approved, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card where the payment was made from. A credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment, within 7-21 business days (check with your bank.)
- For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide their bank details & the refund amount will be processed within 7 working days from the date of approval of the refund.
- In case the customer is not satisfied with the product or has had a change of mind, then the customer is responsible to bear the shipping charges. Please note that Devastu will bear the shipping charges only in case of defects/wrong product delivered.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Devastu shall replace/exchange the products only if the product received has manufacturing defects. The products shall not be replaced or exchanged for any other reasons as specified. If the customer is desirous of getting his product exchanged, he shall contact us at _________________
- Devastu shall entertain the requests for exchange only if the same has been raised within 24 hours from the date of delivery of the product.

- Only the particular product with a manufacturing defect shall be exchanged and not the entire lot.
- The customer shall pack the product with due care. In case the product received at the premises of the vendor is damaged or worn out, the customer shall not be eligible for exchange.
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you that we have received your item(s). We shall also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange request through email.
